
Sangue di Giuda DOC Müntarüs
Produced with a blend of Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes growing on a vineyard called “Poggio di Monteveneroso”, in Canneto Pavese. This is one of the sweet rare red wines in the world and it is produced only within a limited eastern area of the Oltrepo Pavese. Characterized by its typical ruby red color, it expresses its vibrant effervescence as soon as poured. Sweet, intense and floral bouquet.

Color: deep ruby red, with purplish-violet reflections, bright and viscous

Food pairings: excellent combined with puff pastry with fruit, cakes with jam of red fruit, plums, black berries, with puddings with red berries. Excellent with strawberries or at the end of the meal
Perfume: vinous, intense and floral aromas
Alcoholic content: 8 + 4% vol.
