Spumante Metodo Martinotti “2278” Extra Dry
Sparkling wine obtained from Pinot Nero grapes, re-fermenting the wine “flower” (the first wine extracted from the must) in pressurized tanks for at least 7 months on primary yeasts, with Martinotti Method (or Charmat Method).
